This works wonders if your stressed out, discombobulated, or feeling Meh, pissed off or aggravated.

Get your Pendulum which can be your ring and a strand of your hair. Or cotton if your hair is short.

Or a favourite necklace too.

Stand in the middle of the roommate hold your Pendulum outwards, arm stretched out.

Ask the Pendulum which way for yes and for no.

Turn in a circle slowly until the pendulum swings yes.

Job done.
